Where is the E36 AC blower fan resistors?? help!!

I'm having hard time to find where the fan resistors for AC blower for
E36 92' 325i, can somebody please tell me where is it??
Also I saw my AC freon is leaking from evaporator when I was changing
the microfilter, is that true I really need to remove whole dashboard to
fix it?
