Now, Etas aren't exactly the fastest BMWs.  But to say there's nothing
special about them?  Please...I've had conversations with BMW
employees who think that the Eta was the best engine BMW ever built. 
And like every BMW, they're really exceptional handlers.

I guess my recommendation to you is that if you love the car, you
should go ahead and spend the money on it.  I'm assuming you'd be
keeping it for a long time.  If you're indifferent about the car, you
should go ahead and sell it and buy a car you are happy with and plan
on keeping a long time.
