Bright Lights (was Re: PIAA Superwhites)

Hey guys,

It's not to be a smart@ss or anything, but don't you wonder if maybe you
would blind other people if you put in lights that are brighter then allowed? 

On John G. Burns' web page I saw he put in brighter *high beams*. Now that
makes sense to me, since you shouldn't use those if anyone's around anyway.

PS: Yeah, John Tara, I hate blinding lights too.
