Fix for sleepy E30 wipers

Here's a fix for those with E30.

My '84 318 w/ 320K miles had sleepy wipers. First the intermitted went
out, next the slow speed, and finally the fastest speed. I was just
loathing the idea of pull the wiper motor so I followed my own advice and
looked in the easiest to get to item first. So I look in the electriical
schematic and there is a double wide relay controlling the wipers. I take
it out and remove the cover. Looks OK. I lightly sand the contacts and
spray it with WD-40 put it back in. Wow the wipers work perfectly! No
more depending on RainX for wipers.

Here's the kicker. Not 5 minutes after cleaning up my brother-in-law with
his 240K 325is shows up with the same problem. Looking like a genius I use
the sanding WD-40 trick and POW the wipers work and I get a free dinner!

Cheers
