Purchase of 1991 M5

I have the option of purchasing a 1991 M5 with 65K on it for $28K from an
excellent dealer in upstate New York.

Besides the obvious question of price, I would like some feedback on the
reliability/maintenance required with the car at this point in the car's
life.

Also, does anyone know about the stock stereo system in the car?
Worthwhile, or do I replace it.  And is there am aftermarket changer for
the trunk?
