<wob> Purdy Valve Caps revisited

Duane is right, many of these caps did cause problems in the past.
However, these are the 'newest' technology in valve caps.  Which means,
well who knows, but it implies that they are better.  I know that htese
have stood up to a 240 hour salt spray test with no problems.

Anyhow, these should not cause problems, but like every mod, there is
always a chance.
