<Misc> CCA Europe?

Folks-

A friend of mine is (possibly) moving to Belgium, and is interested in
drivers schools and club racing equivalents there (he pilots an E30 M3 here;
will probably pick up something similar there).  Does anybody (hello John
Firestone) from Europe have any advice on how to get track time in Europe?
