Let's start with basics:  The Treasurer's job is to manage the money, not=

to decide how to spend it.  The entire Board decides how to spend it. =

Tammi was Treasurer for all three O'Fests.  Look to Board decisions and t=

the competence or lack thereof of the local chapters for answers to your
questions.  Perhaps there was a deliberate decision to spend some of the
Club's surplus??  Only the Board can tell us.

She did not pay the bills locally.  She provided a Treasury function in
support of the Board's decision to make whatever payments were made in
support of the local effort.

And your Monterey Historics attack can easily be interpreted as an attack=

on another dedicated member, absent additional information.

If you have facts (and I must admit that I do not), then by all means sha=
re
them.  But your approach of slander thru innuendo stinks.
