The 10 ways are (you are free to mess with the order):
1. Seat back rest -> (back).
2. Seat back rest <- (forward).
3. Seat bottom front ^ (up).
4. Seat bottom front v (down).
5. Seat bottom rear ^ (up).
6. Seat bottom rear v (down).
7. Whole seat -> (back).
8. Whole seat <- (forward).
9. Seat bottom front extension -> (back/retracted).
10. Seat bottom front extension <- (forward/extended).
Actually I think they shortchanged themselves, they all should add:
11. Head rest ^ (up).
12. Head rest v (down).
and a $1000,- to the price of the car for "super cool, space age ..."
sport seats.
The first 8 ways are powered in the 328 and manual in the 323.

The dealer literature and BMW NA's web site describe the new 323i's
sport seats as having 10-way adjustable seats and the 328i's sport seats
as having 8-way power and 2-way manual adjustment. Anyone care to
comment on all these ways? Specifically, do these seats have separate
height adjustments for the front and back part of the seat bottom?
TIA,
Evan
