Hi Guys,
Well I just ordered new control arms with M3 bushings, Bilstein Sports
with Short springs, and Eibach Sport springs from Bav Auto. When I
first made the call, I was going to order the Eibach heavy duty springs
instead but the Bav Auto guy talked me out of it. He said the Sport was
the better way to go and that the ride wouldn't be too harsh. Am I
going to regret this? I've heard many on the digest say that the sport
setup is too harsh for street driving. I don't mind the car being a
little stiffer than stock, but I hope it's not gonna feel like the old
days when you'd go in and cut your springs type thing! Also, any
suggestions on a good wheel/tire setup with this new suspension? I
would like to minimize the risk of denting a wheel but at the same time
I want a nice big wheel with a low profile tire. TIA.
