    I'm assuming you live in the Dallas area if you are seeing a lot of
those Texas flags.  Classic BMW in Richardson uses the Texas flag as their
dealership badge.  You can also purchase one from their parts counter to
stick on what ever you want.  There may be other dealerships using the same
badge that I'm not aware of.
