Putnam Park driver school - April 99

Fellow track junkies:

The Hoosier Chapter will once again be conducting it's eighth annual Rites
O' Spring driver school at Putnam Park Road Course the weekend of April
17-18, 1999.  For those of you who haven't driven Putnam Park, it's a
10-turn, 1.8 mile road course just 40 minutes west of Indianapolis.  The
track was completely repaved in October 1997 (including new concrete FIA
curbing).  It's a fairly tight, technical track with mild elevation
changes, providing a challenge to both novice and advanced students.  For

Registration for the school opens February 13, 1999.  Openings are filled
by earliest postmark (no meter postmarks accepted) on or after February 13.

<http://www.bmwdriverschool.org>.  Make sure you mail your registration on
February 13.  In the past few years, all 72 student openings have been
filled by first-day postmarked registrations.
