<E30> 325 to M3 body conversion

In the past week my '89 325is has been hit twice by people who don't know
how to drive in snow.  So now I am in need of two new bumper covers and one
new fender.  Which brings me to my question(s)...  What parts do I need to
exchange to get the wider ///M3 fenders?  I have already figured on
replacing:

- -front bumper cover/air damn
- -two front fenders
- -two rear fenders
- -rear bumper cover/apron
- -two side skirts.

Will ///M3 bumper covers fit over the 325 bumpers?
Will I need to get the trunk lid from the ///M3 as well?
Anyone already gone through this?
