impaired have recently posted, your factory
stereo very likely sucks. 

FOR SALE: Pioneer in-dash CD player, model
DEH-215. 22W x 4, 8x oversampling, 1 bit D/A
converter, AM/FM tuner, RCA pre-out. Brand new in
box; never installed. $95 & I'll pay shipping in
continental US. 

Will fit E30, E36, 320i, and 5-series
('84-whenever that body style ended ('89?).
