Pads and Rotors for e36

Can anyone recommend reasonably priced pads and rotors for my 1992 325is
(e36).  I replaced the front rotors about 30,000 miles ago and they are
already warped.  I bought them after market from a local import auto store.
Now I need to replace the rear pads and rotors (worn below specs.).  All I
want is OEM quality, but not at OEM prices.  Any suggestions on brands and
mail order options?
