RE: I have 3.73 E-34 diffs

Will the E34 diff housing work as a direct replacement on the E28
535i's?  I am interested in this diff swap but want to make sure that it
will fit before commiting to the purchase.

BTW:  The diff housing on my E28 needs to be replaced so a simple gear
set swap won't do me any good.
