Brief, but interesting article on the new M5 in this months Motor
Trend mag. Couple of interesting features on the M5 include some sort
of internal vacuum pump to eliminate oil starvation under severe
cornering, and an illuminated yellow extension to the red line on the
tach, that lights up when the engine is cold, and incrementally drops
off as the car warms up.
