Yes mark this has been a CONSTANT problem with my M635 - airflow.  I just
attribute it to the lousy design of the cylinder heads.

I guess you're right and Bosch is wrong when they say their alternators are
about 50% efficienct.

Mark,  the eram does not work.  What part of that statement don't you
understand?
