E36 diff fluid change

Hey Gang,
I'm gearing up to do the differential fluid change on my E36 and I was
wondering which fluid I should use - Red Line 75W90 or 75W90NS. I looked in
the FAQ and there seems to be some info on the E36 M3 diff fluid change with
limited slip but I believe my differential is NOT the limited slip type. I
do not have ASC+T. Anyone?
