actually, white light is made up of all the colors and does not exist at
either end of the spectrum, but across the entire thing. I do not agree
that blue is closer to black. Black is the absence of light. The intensity
of the light is what makes any particular color closer to black (nothing).
There does seem to be research that indicates that various colors of light
affect humans differently. I am not expert on this aspect, but have "felt"
annoyed when driving into the face of someone's blue tinged headlights. It
"seemed" more intense than a "normal" headlight and was harder to see past.
The thing for U.S. drivers to think about it the color blue is reserved for
our police friends and is therefore not a legal option for us in many
states. In other countries, think about the impact your car might have on
another driver whose eyes react like mine seem to do. I do not hate the
color, but do find it distracting and uncomfortable when in my face. I hope
that is not the effect you look for in upgrades.
