"Enemy of the State" - 528i or 540i?

Saw the new movie "Enemy of the State" on Friday with Will Smith as a labor
lawyer sporting around in a new 5 series but couldn't tell if it was a 540i
or a 528i...Anyone know? Certainly no fun car scenes like in Ronin, except
for the bicycle going the wrong way down Connecticut Ave in Wash. D.C.
traffic (like Ronin but with a bike!).
