Good to see your name again, really.
But some of us did get back 100%. If the evaluation of your car is less
than $1000, you get it all back. Just about any car made before 1979 has a
value of less than $1000 in Va. It can be a $1,000,000 Rolls or a $250,000
507, age is everything. My '76 2002 is assessed at $250, while my '72
R60/5 is assessed at $640. And, applying logic here, my '81 R100CS is
assessed at $390. Go figure.
They even quit billing me for the 1600 Cab, the 700 Cab and the 2000.
