How do I build a K&N Intake

I am looking to build a K&N cone intake system for my 94 325is.  I have
seen posts in the past detailing how to make such a setup using parts
from Home Depot.

Does anyone have detailed instructions and parts list?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  If you are in NJ, I would really
like to see the setup.
