Request for assistance from someone in the greater London, GB area

A few days ago, I sent an e-mail inquiry to a company in Isleworth,
Middlesex, 
requesting information on an automotive-related product that they sell.  To
date,                                        the inquiry has gone unanswered.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone living in the greater London area,
who would be willing to either phone this company, or pay them a visit (they
welcome visitors to their establishment) on my behalf, in an effort to
obtain the                                     desired product information.
