Wheels and Tires

     I am getting ready to replace my factory rims and wheels with a larger 
     size.  I am looking at some TSW's 17".  I already understand the plus 
     1 and plus 2 "formulas" (I will implement a smaller wall tire).  My 
     question to you guys is that do I need to replace the springs or 
     shocks to compensate for the bigger wheels or am I OK to keep it 
     stock. I have a 97 328i.
