DIY E36 M3 Alignment-specs please?

Hi gang,

I've seen some recent chatter about DIY 4 wheel alignment and how easy it
is to perform.  Could someone tell me how to do it or send me in a
direction for that.  Also exactly what settings, toe, rear camber, etc are
ideal for track and street. I have camber shims (Korman) not plates, so I
can't do too much with the camber there.  other than that it is a stock
setup.-thanks
