Peter,
I used a socket. Adjust the seat so it's as far forward as it'll go and
then flip the back forward (as though you we're going to climb into the
rear seat) Then you should have a strait shot at the bolt. Unbolt it from
the floor and then you can get to the underside of the rails with the seat
out of the car (if you wanted to remove the rails from the seat).
