Whooaaaaaa, Tim !!

Before all this talk of PizzaFest III gets too fragmented (there are
currently half a dozen Bimwads working on 'their' version of an out-West
PizzaFest III), maybe we should all get on the same set of tracks to have
one single killer event.

PizzaFest IS NOT a BMWCCA sanctioned event or is directly tied to a Chapter.
Never has been - never will be. PizzaFest is about DIGEST members getting
together and the membership is HERE, at bmw@domain.elided. We do PizzaFest to
engage in primitive testasterone-laced car club type events like:

<grunt>....cars....women....beers.....drive.....pee....sleep......drive
more....eat.

Kinda like that. Anyone wants hand-holding and someone to whine too, this
ain't your event. We cater to no one's political agenda or morality
judgement and are incompatible with the current ' vision ' of the BMWCCA in
general and BMW NA in particular 'cause we like our beer and recognize
wimmen have HOOTERS. This ain't no 'family' event - leave the kids at home
and bring the spousal unit only if they can hack it amongst the uncivilized,
largely male group. The less formal CCA Chapter involvement, the better.

PizzaFest IS a copyright of S.V.R., Inc., a Virginia Corporation.  That
means you can call it anything you want (and can do a clone if you like),
but if its a Gen-U-ine, Kick-Ass PizzaFest, then you gotta get the
permission of S.V.R., Inc.  What is SVR (Smilin' Vulture Racing)?  Simply, a
new car club being formed by myself and Rafael Garces PLUS several others
Bubbas. We'll be THE Car Club in the Mid-Atlantic starting in '99 and you
heard it here first. One of the reasons we are doing this is to have
insurance for our events in order to completely have them free-standing from
BMWCCA.

There will be a PizzaFest III. Our West Coast Bubbas are working it up.
Plans are in the works for Spring of '99.  They can use your enthusiasm and
support (plus your sweat). To get in on the ground floor as an organizer
(and you'll get plenty of work to do) drop me an e-mail and I'll get you in
touch with Sherman Koo, Ray Barber, Keith Battan, Jim Conforti and Todd
Green....da lead Bubbas for P'Fest III.

I sure as hell hope they set up the SVR PizzaFest III Invitational Desert
Race, too.  Whazzzzat? Four orange cones in the desert and a bunch of Rental
Cars with all the damage waivers taken.  I'm getting a Neon - they kick.
