Speaking of badges - RD & Hartge on a 325is

I was driving on the Capital Beltway 495 west by the Wisconsin Ave exit in
Washington DC and saw a green 325is with a Racing Dynamics badge on the
left rear deck lid and a Hartge badge on the right rear deck lid where the
325is badge should have been.  What's this all about?  It looked pretty
crowded back there, but the car definitely held my interest for a while as
I tryed to catch up with it as it weaved and bobbed and finally just sped
ahead on the road (Lemans Raceway to some). Are you a lurker on the digest
per chance?  Cool badges, I think...
