Flashing high beams

Walter,
	This is how I've always done it.
3. The high beams are saved for telling someone to get in the right lane so
I
can pass.
and
4.  Get an oncoming car to turn off their high beams.
	I know about turning lights on/off or other uses except for some
indicating that your lights are not on but not for anything else.
	Well that is how I learned it here in Wa.
