Web based dealer/service comments

I've been wanting to do this for some time.

I've created a Web based message board for the topic of service centers.
The intention is to generate threads specific to dealers.
I'm not sure if this will work without getting out of hand,
but I'll give it a try.
Feel free to let others know about it.
