Zymol Speaks



Digesters,

I have read with interest the thread about Zymol vs. Blitz and P21S.

I was somewhat confused since I have been having very good luck with all the
Zymol products on my Alpine White 88 M3.  So I sent an e-mail to Zymol
asking what they felt about this.  I got an immediate reply (I mean like 5
minutes later).  My post to Zymol and Chuck Bennett's response are included
below, as per his request:

Gustave, thank you for the information. Yes we did have a problem. We have a
formulae (coded with an 'E') that we ship to Europe that got mixed in with
our U.S. shipments at the warehouse. We know of the problem and we will
exchange this "hard" paste for the Zymol that everyone loves here.
Please post this on the BMW digest as we do not feel it proper to post onto
a user forum. Whoever has this wax only needs to contact us for a free
replacement.
