? on 92 318is

I've got a question on the '92 318is:

Someone I know is looking at one w/105k miles at a Honda dealer in Tennessee
(I'm in NJ).  They say it looks clean, has a CD changer, and is "loaded".

I told them to check the appearance of the oil, coolant, hoses, belts,
exhaust, undercarriage, tire wear, and ask if the profile gasket has been
changed.

Is there anything else they should examine?  More basically, does anyone
recommend or not recommend this year/model.  The asking price is around $9k.
