E30 Questions 1984 318i

My 318i has 174,000 miles and I wou.d like to find out the following =
questions:

	First of all...is it worth to redo the engine..and if so....what kind =
of investment am I looking at ?

	Second.....what kind of brake pads are reccomended, are crossed drilled =
rotors really that good...

	Third....What kind of tires are reccomended, I would like to still use =
the original wheels on it.
