I understand your concerns about my posting. And I will
heed your advice in as far as what I post to the digest. 

I am in touch with legal counsel at the moment and as in
my previous posts I have been very careful not to disclose
the individual's particulars on the list as long as I am 
effectively pursuing this case and that the individuals time
is not up. 

So as to have a legitimate case that this is far beyond a 
personal issue, I have sought to find other persons that this 
individual has contacted through the digest and consequently
ripped off. One individual has already filed suit but I can divulge 
further details as it might be considered sub-judice to do so. 

However I do appreciate your concerns and will be careful
about what I post. Thank you.

i, as owner of krusty motorsports, the isp providing digest.net, am
immunized by federal law against being sued over stuff like this, but i
still have to spend $120 on the nasty letter from my lawyer everytime i get
a legal threat. this is not yet a regular occurance, but it is something
that is always in the back of my mind.
