[E30M3] Five Cent Shifter Rattle Fix

Some of you with E30 M3's have shifter buzz at about 4k

Five minute, Five cent fix from a guy who just bought one:

You will need:

Duct Tape
Screwdriver

Pop up shifter boot (just yank from the bottom), and invert it like
	marilyn monroe's dress.  (it's off color, but it's the best
	description possible)
There will be a little screw collar that holds the shifter on.  
	Unscrew it to loosen it and pull the shifter/boot thingy off.
Take duct tape, and wrap it around the thin part.  Three-ish times
	around was perfect for me.  Make sure you wrap it on evenly
	and tightly.
Push shifter knob back on, tighten collar, and snap boot back in place.
