Ticking Tappet on start up M40

     I have an M40 (1.8).
     
     It has 97k on the clock and has had all the lifters and cam replaced 
     at 30k.  There has been no trace of the dreaded start up rattle since. 
     It has now done 97K.
     
     I have just done an oil service and it has started with just one 
     ticking after cold (long drain) start up.
     
     Any advice for a quick fix or just ignore it ?
