Dean - rotors are turned to alleviate any warpage. Do you feel any
pulsing in the brake pedal and/or hear any rumbling when you use the
brakes? If so, the rotors are warped and can possibly be turned depending
on how bad they are. It sounds more like the rotors have exceeded their
minimum thickness - how many miles are on them? If this is the case they
must be replaced.
