Mine did the same thing. I tried lubricating it (using those
cleaning/lubricating wipes from the dealer, they may still carry them), but that
didn't help. I finally looked carefully and noticed that the shaft was bent
slightly. Carefully bending it back fixed my problem. Of course, keeping it
clean and lubed is still a good idea.
