Mike,
Pin 7 and 19 are the correct pins. If pin 19 on your car is not
connected (to ground), you may be mis-identifying the pins. You should
be able to connect pin 7 directly to ground, but do make sure that it
really is pin 7. You _really_ don't want to ground the wrong pin.
