E28 will start but not run

I suggest you check the inside of the airflow meter. My 735 made a noise 
one morning and would only start not run. It turned out that the flap on 
the airflow meter had broken. It was in such a position that it would 
let the engine start but not let enough air in to keep it running 
properly.

Just take the air filter off and push the flap inside. If it moves 
freely I haven't got a clue what your problem is but would appreciate 
hearing back on how you go.
