Sure.  You'd have to cut some holes in the material of the four door seat
backs to allow the tilt handles to come through.  Other than that, it's the
same part.  You could actually transfer the hinge lifting mechanism
separately from one seat to the other if you wanted.  It's probably just as
easy to use the whole seat back though.

The backrest portion of the 2 door and 4 door rear seats are the same.  The
lower cushion is different.  The four door lower cushion has rounded edges
to make entry to the back seat easier.
