85 535i OBC/TEMP reading problem

Hello all,

After installing a new back light plane to illuminate the OBC read-out that
had died, I immediately started playing with it.  I noticed that the TEMP
button is supposed to display the amient outdoor temperature.  The OBC said
that it was 62 degrees farenheit, it was actually about 85 degrees.

Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how and what I adjust/replace so that
the OBC TEMP readings are more accurate?
