Many moons ago, when I owned my beloved '68 '02, I successfully
replaced a dead turn signal relay with an el-cheapo bi-metalic turn
signal relay from my favorite parts store. As I recall, there are two
terminal and three terminal versions. You use the three termial
flavor because the third lead will blink the turn indicator on your
dash.
Shouldn't cost more than $4.
