<E28> fuel gage fixed (easy!)

After I had the cluster apart to replace SI batteries, I had a
problem with the fuel gage starting at 3/4 with a full tank and going
down from there. It was pointed out to me that I didn't really break
it, but the needle just needed a little hand-readjustment after my
ham-handed maladjustment.
The needle has a range of motion that can be adjusted merely by
manually moving it to the limit and then pushing it a little further.
by moving the range up about 1/4 tank, the gage now reads where it
needs to be.
Thanks to Trevor Turner, Cam Nguyen, and Tony Lin for pointing this
out to me.

BTW, I also just installed a fuel transfer pump from a '73 Vega, and
it's working great!
