Doesn't matter how you rationalize it to yourself, no matter how "deserted"
the road is, there's always the possibility of someone who is maybe
distracted, maybe not quite paying attention, pulling out in front of you
while your doing 100+ MPH down that "empty" stretch of road that "nobody"
ever drives on. IMHO street racers should be sentenced to a nice term in
prison to reflect upon their actions no matter what kind of car they drive
nor how much driving school or track experience that they've had. Speed
limits may be a revenue generator for local law enforcement agencies but
that doesn't mean that endangering others via street racing is any more
"right." If you want to show how big your balls are, take it to the local
track.
