Bavaria Clutch Master Cylinder wanted

I have a '73 Bavaria and am in need of a Clutch Master Cylinder for it.
The Dealer has told me that it is no longer available.  The parts guy told
me that the '74 would probably work but that I would probably have to swap
some bits.  Has anyone done this or knows which might be the most
appropriate part to swap for this NLA item.
