Does anyone know the details about the  =

O' Fest M Roadster Raffle?

- - When were the winners announced ?
- - When and how do they contact the winners ?
- - Where are the cars presented to the winners ?
- - The rules state "all federal taxes will be withheld"
   Does that mean the winners must pay income tax,
   on the value of the car before they receive the car?
- - Can the winner request the cash value of the car,
   instead of receiving the car? Would the winner then
   save sales tax, if he received cash and
   did nor receive the car?
