Any opinions/experiences on leasing from BMW?

We usually buy our cars, but it appears (on the surface) that leasing from
BMW offers some advantages that make leasing worth a second look.  I am
looking for any opinions/experiences that people have in regards to leasing
from BMW.  For example, how are they with regards to charging people for
items beyond "normal wear and tear", prompt returns of security deposits
etc.
