<E-30> What size battery does it need?

Hi all,

I am trying to replace battery in my 318i, '84.  I am not sure which group 
size to use.  Some say I need 42, and some 48.  By the way what CCA, Ah, 
and other parameters are recommended for this car?  Any suggestions on 
which brand to use?  Any good web sites with discussions on this topic can 
I look at?
